During your training, you will of course work in all departments – from sales to logistics to controlling. Depending on your place of residence, we can decide this together and flexibly.
Salary
In addition to many extra benefits, we will pay you a salary of €1,060 in the first year of training, €1,136 in the second year, and €1,225 in the third year.
Training Duration
2–3 years (can be shortened to 2 years with good performance)
Classes
1–2 days per week, depending on the year of training
Dual Study Program
We are happy to offer you a part-time degree program alongside your training, sponsored by RTS. Through our cooperation with FOM University, you can choose your study program so that it perfectly fits both you and us.
