At RTS Electronic, we focus on fun and team spirit, not only in the office, but also on special occasions. This was clearly demonstrated at the public viewing of the European Championships in Waltrop, where we supported the German team together. RTS Electronic made the event possible as an official sponsor alongside other local companies. Over half of our workforce gathered to watch the game on an impressive 5.50 m × 3.30 m LED screen.
This event strengthened our cohesion and teamwork, which also transcends professional boundaries. Each team member, similar to the positions in the national team, contributes to the joint success. Just like on the pitch, good communication and coordination are key to achieving top performance together.
