August 1st was a very special day for us at RTS Electronic. We had the pleasure of welcoming two new trainees to our team: Nico-Tom and Max. Both bring a breath of fresh air and new perspectives to our company, and we look forward to accompanying them on their professional journey.
Nico-Tom has started his apprenticeship with us as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant. His path to us is our best example of the importance of local cooperation. We got to know him as part of a simulation game in cooperation with the technology center of the comprehensive school in Waltrop.
His path into the retail industry became clear to him in this business game and his enthusiasm for RTS Electronic as an employer was awakened. After a successful internship at our company, he now expects his training to train him in all areas of sales and make him a fully-fledged member of the team. His determination and enthusiasm are infectious and we are excited to see what successes he will achieve during his training.
Max is starting his career at our subsidiary XProject Engineering GmbH as an IT specialist for system integration. With a high school diploma in computer science, the direction of his education was clear to Max. An internship with us convinced him that we were the right training company for him. His expectations of the training go hand in hand with a lot of practical work, new knowledge and a lot of fun. With his passion for technology and his openness to new challenges, Max will certainly be a valuable asset to our team. We look forward to helping him develop his skills and realize his full potential.
Training young talent is important to us and we are proud to support Nico-Tom and Max in their professional development.
