Thank you for your interest in working for our company. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about how we process your personal data collected as part of the application process.

2. purposes and legal bases of the processing
We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process, including the assessment of your qualifications and the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship.

3. categories of personal data
We process in particular:

Contact details (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)

Application documents (cover letter, CV, certificates, qualifications)

Communication data (e.g. correspondence, notes of conversations)

If applicable, special categories of personal data (e.g. health data), insofar as these are required for the application process.
4. recipient of the data
Your data will only be passed on internally to the departments responsible for personnel selection. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have given your express consent or there is a legal obligation to do so.
5. storage period
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the decision on your application.
If no employment relationship is established, we will delete your data no later than 6 months after completion of the application process, unless:

You have consented to longer storage (applicant pool), or

There are statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests (e.g. preservation of evidence in proceedings under the AGG).

7. voluntary nature of the provision
The provision of your personal data as part of the application process is voluntary. However, we cannot consider your application without this data.
