In October 2023, companies and their successors were honored by the IHK NRW and the Bürgschaftsbank NRW on the topic of “Courage for Entrepreneurship”. RTS Electronic was represented by its Managing Directors Oliver Vakilzadeh and Lars Kiera. Both have taken over RTS Electronic as part of a company succession in the period 2018 – 2020. An independent jury selected the finalists and eventual winners from 40 follow-up stories. The two successfully took second place in the “Courage for Entrepreneurship” category. The jury particularly praised the sustainable financial concept and the future orientation of RTS Electronic.
