Minister Ina Brandes and Minister Josef Laumann attended the official opening of the ZDI Technology Center on Wednesday. Future RTS apprentice Nico-Tom Dittrich also took part in a panel discussion with the two ministers. In June 2023, he made a very good impression at the RTS Electronic pilot workshop and was encouraged to do an internship at RTS Electronic. He was able to confirm his positive first impression during his internship, so Nico signed a training contract to start in fall 2024. He told the ministers about this experience during the panel discussion and appeared very confident in front of the audience of over 100 people.
RTS Electronic also plans to organize such workshops in the future in order to offer pupils the opportunity to explore careers. The aim is to ensure that talents like Nico can continue to be inspired by RTS Electronic in the future.
