For some years now, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) has been increasingly focusing on the topic of company succession, as the average age of current managing directors suggests that a large number of company successions will have to take place in the next ten years. The two managing directors of RTS Electronic – Oliver Vakilzadeh and Lars Kiera – are particularly qualified in this area as they took over the company from its founders in 2020. Lars Kiera shared his knowledge at the Business Succession Forum, organized by the IHK Nord Westfalen.
